Principal Investing:

Stech invests in businesses alone or in conjunction with its investment partners where it can add tangible value and ongoing support towards the future growth and success of these businesses.

Stech also acts as the investment manager and/or board representative on behalf of external investors.

Taking a pro-active and flexible principal investing approach, this includes supporting start-up and venture development situations, growth capital, project development, private equity buy-outs, and turnarounds where our team has the domain expertise, network, and experience to effect a strong positive impact.

In these efforts, Stech draws on vast internal experience covering a range of situations including start-up dynamics, rapid growth phases, repositioning, internationalization, corporate carve-outs, management buy-outs/ins, founder succession, buy-and-build, mergers & acquisitions, public-to-private transactions, restructuring, turn-arounds, and exits ranging from trade sales to refinancings, and IPO.
